Hello,
I am at wor, (Saturday morning in Australia) and i was supposed to work on
a database. However, the people who use the database have locked their
workstations and i cannot get exclusive access.
Here's my question - can i make changes to the VBA code in shared access ?
I'd appreciate if anyone can answer this a.s.a.p.
Thanks,
vladimir

No doubt this is too late to help, but the answer is no. See:
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q200/2/90.ASP
However, you may be able to make a copy of the database, edit it, and then
replace the old file w/your edited one.
Cheers,

Thanks Roy,
I thought so. Just as i was thinking of copying the db, then doing the
work, the manager for that area showed up and we simply switched off all
the PC's in that area. Solution works wonders !
