access thread: Access Startup

I did tool , then startup. Then I cleared all the options including:
Allow full menu, Allow default shortcut menu, Display Database Window etc.
After did all these, I have not been able to return to my menu. I was able
to retrieve my database window but not the Menu. Any suggestion ?

when you open up the mdb, hold down shift.

Hold down the shift key while opening the database and you will have your menus.
