First Question: Can ms/access be run from a link? If so, how is access
setup? Do I have to create an executable of some kind?

Can you say more about what you're contemplating? Do you just want to cause
Access to start on the users' machines (assuming it's installed), or do you
mean to show them data from a single .mdb stored on your server or...?
(If the latter, I believe your options are Access Data Projects and Active
Server Pages.)
