Hi all
Did anyone find a solution to this problem ?

I found one article on the subject. Go to Microsoft's knowledgebase
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?ln=EN-US&pr=kbinfo&
and look for article ID Q146220
It says that "The Text File ODBC driver does not support the SQL DELETE
or UPDATE statements" if you are using MDAC 2.5 or 2.6 and this is by
design.
In other words, you cannot use UPDATE or DELETE SQL statement to change
the .csv file.
