Im still new to access and cant get my head round security.  I've created 

a databse on an NT network.  How can I let only a few people have access 

to make entries and the others just to open and view the database?  The 

database will be put on the server and a shortcut to everyone's desktop 

(about 260). If I use the current USER GROUP - how do I then get my users 

assigned?
