Dear Sir Or Madam,

If I have a Main Table which has several fields in it can I make a 

subtable which is active only when called. It will have the field heading 

visible and I would like to say sort first by the first Field or by the 

third.



Is this a function that can be done in Access 97.



P.s. Main Table will be in the DataSheet view in a "FORM" @ all time so I 

can sort while I look at it.
