Hi,

I have an asp/vb web application that connects to Access 97 using the
Microsoft Access Driver, Access has now given up (the dreaded Too Many
Client Tasks error)  and I am now in the process of upsizing to a more
powerful database solution.

Would using a Jet driver in the meantime be a better bet than the Access
driver and if so, is there a way of installing it on the web server without
having to install MS office (everything I have read is telling me to apply
an Office service pack first) ?

In addition, how can I install the 3.51 driver alongside 4.0 on the server
(somebody told me that  4.0 is backward compatible, however testing on
development machines has proved this to be a farce) ?
