Dear Sir or Madam,
How come when I am viewing a report I can use the File,Save And Export,
to 'Excel Spreadsheet'; but if I place a Command Button which creates a
Command Tool box, I can not read the output. Both have been directed to a
specific file on my Network Drive.
Please help

Kenneth,
If you used the wizard to create the button - a common practice - the
button
will be created based upon certain assumptions which may not be exactly
what
you want. You may need to manually edit the code - particularly the
options
- to get the behavior you desire.
I do it all the time - I use the wizard to create a button and then I
manually edit the code to tweak the behavior.
