Correct if it is wrong when configuring ODBC, well:    
    
	1.O System that I am using is it NT     
	2.Fui tie " Source of data ODBC ", he/she appeared Administrator's 
of source of data screen ODBC " with the pastes " user's " NFD, system " " 
NFD, file " " NFD, driver ", rastreamento ", " Pool of connections ", " 
On ".    
	User's " 3.Em " NFD, clicked in " Adding ", he/she appeared the 
screen " to Create new source of data ", I selected the driver " Driver 
for the microsoft access (* .mdb)", I clicked in " Ending ", appearing the 
window " to Configure ODBC for microsoft access 97 ", in " Name of the 
source of data " I typed the name of the bank that I am using, in " 
database " I selected the database file that I am using and I clicked in " 
OK ".    
	4.Em " NFD of system ", clicked in " Adding ", he/she appeared the 
screen " to Create new source of data ", I selected the driver " Driver 
for the microsoft access (* .mdb)", I clicked in " Ending ", appearing the 
window " to Configure ODBC for microsoft access 97 ", in " Name of the 
source of data " I typed the name of the bank that I am using, in " 
database " I selected the database file that I am using and I clicked in " 
OK ".    
	5.Em " NFD of file ", clicked in " Adding ", he/she appeared the 
screen " to Create new source of data ", I selected the driver " Driver 
for the microsoft access (* .mdb)", I clicked in " Moving forward ", the 
window where asked appearing that is typed THE name of the source of file 
data in the which wants to save the connection or click in ' Procurar' to 
find the rescue " place., in the field below typed the name of the bank 
and I clicked in " Moving forward ", where apreceu the screen with the 
following information " To the clicvar in ' Concluir', you will create the 
source of data that has just configured. The driver can request him/her 
more information "., in the field I lower the infomrmações " Name of the 
file of the fontye of arquivos:(nome data given to the bank) Driver: 
Driver for the microsoft access (* .mdb)"., I clicked in " Ending " and 
he/she appeared the screen " to Configure ODBC for microsoft access 97 ", 
tends the field " Name of the source of data " and " Description " 
incapacitated, in " database " I selected the database file that I am 
using and I clicked in " OK " and a file was created nome_do_banco.dsn.    
	6. end.    
    
 The bank that I am using this working in the editor that am using 
(PHPEDIT), but when I will test in the browser ie 5.5 and I call her it 
paginates (http://localhost/nome_arquivo.php) the following message is 
come back " me Warning: SQL error: [Microsoft][Driver ODBC for Access 97 
ODBC general driver]Erro was not possible to open the key of Registro 
DriverId '., SQL state S1000 in SQLConnect in 
c:\xxxxxx\root\nome_do_banco.php on line 11 was not possible to connect to 
the source of data ODBC nome_do_banco. An adendo the line 11 this correct 
one doesn't have programming mistakes.

 I am using as consultation source the book " PHP4 Beginning Programming " 
of Makron Books and on connection with database he only has an 
appendix.    
    
 If you have some example, but I complete, as cadaster type of any thing 
or screen access with password and login, or some consultation source but 
it completes from access to database with PHP please he/she sends me.

Me corrijam se estiver errado ao configurar o ODBC, bem :  
  
	1.O Sistema que estou utilizando é o NT   
	2.Fui ate "Fonte de dados ODBC", apareceu a tela de "Administrador 
de fonte de dados ODBC" com as pastas "NFD de usuário", "NFD de 
sistema", "NFD de arquivo", "driver", "rastreamento", "Pool de 
conexões", "Sobre".  
	3.Em "NFD de usuário", cliquei em "Adicionar", apareceu a 
tela "Criar nova fonte de dados", selecionei o driver "Driver para o 
microsoft access(*.mdb)", cliquei em "Concluir", aparecendo a 
janela "Configurar ODBC para microsoft access 97", em "Nome da fonte de 
dados" digitei o nome do banco que estou utilizando, em "Banco de dados" 
selecionei o arquivo de banco de dados que estou utilizando e cliquei 
em "OK".  
	4.Em "NFD de sistema", cliquei em "Adicionar", apareceu a 
tela "Criar nova fonte de dados", selecionei o driver "Driver para o 
microsoft access(*.mdb)", cliquei em "Concluir", aparecendo a 
janela "Configurar ODBC para microsoft access 97", em "Nome da fonte de 
dados" digitei o nome do banco que estou utilizando, em "Banco de dados" 
selecionei o arquivo de banco de dados que estou utilizando e cliquei 
em "OK".  
	5.Em "NFD de arquivo", cliquei em "Adicionar", apareceu a 
tela "Criar nova fonte de dados", selecionei o driver "Driver para o 
microsoft access(*.mdb)", cliquei em "Avançar", aparecendo a janela onde 
pedia que digita-se "O nome da fonte de dados de arquivo na qual deseja 
salvar a conexão ou clique em 'Procurar' para encontrar o local de 
salvamento.", no campo abaixo digitei o nome do banco e cliquei 
em "Avançar", onde apreceu a tela com as seguintes informações "Ao clicvar 
em 'Concluir', você criará a fonte de dados que acabou de configurar. O 
driver poderá lhe solicitar mais informações.", no campo abaixo as 
infomrmações "Nome do arquivo da fontye de dados de arquivos:(nome dado ao 
banco) Driver: Driver para o microsoft access(*.mdb)." , cliquei 
em "Concluir" e apareceu a tela "Configurar ODBC para microsoft access 
97", tendo o campo "Nome da fonte de dados"  e "Descrição" desabilitados, 
em "Banco de dados" selecionei o arquivo de banco de dados que estou 
utilizando e cliquei em "OK" e foi criado um arquivo nome_do_banco.dsn.  
	6. fim.  
  
 O banco que estou utilizando esta funcionando no editor que estou 
utilizando (PHPEDIT), mas quando eu vou testar no browser ie 5.5 e chamo a 
pagina (http://localhost/nome_arquivo.php) a seguinte mensagem me é 
retornada "Warning: SQL error: [Microsoft][Driver ODBC para Access 97 ODBC 
driver]Erro geral Não foi possível abrir a chave de Registro DriverId?., 
SQL state S1000 in SQLConnect in c:\xxxxxx\root\nome_do_banco.php on line 
11 Não foi possível se conectar à fonte de dados ODBC nome_do_banco. Um 
adendo a linha 11 esta correta não tem erros de programação.

 Estou utilizando como fonte de consulta o livro "PHP4 Beginning 
Programando" da Makron Books e sobre conexão com banco de dados ele só tem 
um apendice.  
  
 Se você tiver algum exemplo, mas completo, como tipo de cadastro de 
qualquer coisa ou tela acesso com senha e login, ou alguma fonte de 
consulta mas completa de acesso a banco de dados com PHP por favor me 
envie.
