I have a form based on a Parameter Query.

Is there a way to have the Parameter run from a list box with a drop down 
list of variables?

Any help would be appreciated.

Set the parameter to the name of the form and the name of the control.
For example, if the drop down list is named cboEmployee and its on a
form called frmSource, the query criteria should be set to
Forms![frmSource]!cboEmployee. Then in the Click event of the cbo box
run the query.
