Hi Guys,

I have one field which is OLE Object to insert the Employee Signature and view on the report. The problem is, once I insert the
image (.bmp or .jpg) in Datasheets View, is shows "Package" on the field instead of:
.bmp = Bitmap Image
.jpg = Microsoft Photo Editor 3.0 Photo

and on the report, it shows only the icon instead of the signature itself.

This happen sense I re-format my machine. Did I miss some set-up or something?
