When I try to repair and compact a database (Access2000) I get the
message "The Visual Basic for Applications project in the database
is corrupt." I get the same message if I try to open the VBA editor.
There is no help button, just an "OK." Now what?
Paul
Paul,
Did you import (or copy and paste) a form or report which contained code,
or possibly a module, in this database and close before performing Debug
| Compile?
If so, this is an outstanding issue which Microsoft is aware of, but
doesn't have a fix. Imagine that! See QB Article Q304548
http://support.microsoft.com/search/preview.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q304548
Looks like the only solution at this point is to restore a backup and
start again.
