We weary of singling out anyone on this loop because they seem to "have 
all the answers."

Whereas it's true that John does seem to be a very seasoned and 
professional programmer, and he does usually have excellent 
suggestions/answers, it's not fair to single him (or anyone else) out.  It 
puts undue pressure on him for something that he does (posting) out of the 
goodness of his heart.  He's not under any obligation.

I don't know about the rest, but I have a rule about posting answers.  If 
it's something that I can answer in five minutes or less, I'll post.  If 
not, I don't.  My bosses would not approve me spending gobs amount of time 
answering questions here when I should be solving problems at my own 
job!  :)

I'm sure others who are up to par will answer your questions if they have 
solutions for you, and one of them may even be John.  Good luck!
