I need some help on something that I have been unable to find an answer 
to. A person that no longer works with my company created a DB with 
specific security measures (User Level, Hiding DB Window, ect.). When he 
left this DB had to be opened to others for maintenance but we soon found 
that all the tables, queries, forms, and macros are locked so that they 
can not be opened for modification. 

I am not the one that maintains this DB in question but I would like to 
know how to lock the DB objects ....

Any help of course is greatly appreciated.
