access thread: Query Question

I need to identify a certain record based on it's position in the query
result.
IE: I run a query and I get 6 hits.
I need to be able to identify RECNO 3 and RECNO 6. Not the record
number from the main data source, but the record number of how they
appear in the query result.
any ideas?
thanks,
gary

Run a make query, that should do the job.
