I have a report in my DB that opens Excel and creates a spreadsheet. The 
problem is that it takes a minute and a half for the spreadsheet to 
complete and the user is kinda left hanging while this is processing. 

What I would like to happen is that a dialog box is opened stating that 
the report is generating and to please stand by along with a countdown 
timer showing how long it will take. However, when Excel is opened it goes 
to the top and the ability to see or do anything in Access is taken away 
until the report is completed.

If someone knows a solution to my problem I would sure appreciate the 
assistance....
