access thread: access 2002 project and sql server 2000...again

Hi, i'm trying to connect to a SQL server 2000 DB with access 2002,
using an ADP (project). The operation was succesful with access 2000, and
i could update all the data in the db.Now i am evaluating access 2002 as a
tool to upload data, but my adp project hangs while opening any table, and
so Access 2002. Strange, if I create a form based on the same table, i can
see, edit and add any data to the db.
I have been searching the microsoft knowledge for a long tme but found no
known bug.
I tried first from a Win2k client, then from a Xp professional client.
MDAC is 2.6
Any one can help?

Can you see what if any activity is taking place on the server?

Did you re-set your connection info? Meta-data used by the OLEDB driver
could be wrong after the upgrade?
