Has anyone every experienced an error message like the following?

 

Run-Time error '2246':
Microsoft Access can't run the query; the parameters values are too large.
The total length of all the values entered cannot cannot exceed 1,024 characters.

 

Does anyone know of anyway around this. I am appending records to a SQL file and one of the fields is a memo field. The memo field
often exceeds the 1,024 characters.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
