Good day All,

	I?m working in a company which sells products and then collect the price on the installments bases, where there are some customer?s
who didn?t paid their installments at all or late in payment ,
I have now two tables
o	the main table where the users will use to contact the customer and inform him about either to pay his installments ,
o	the second table where the data of the customer?s whom hadn?t paid any thing.
	
Where what I want to make that	to create a button where when the user press it gives him the data of a new customer form those had
payment?s problem so as the agent can contact him,
Where there is on condition that if the customer is not reached it can be re-distributed again to another user, and also 2 users
can?t contact the same customer in the same time



Kindly note that it?s working on a multi user environment
