Hope someone can give me some guidance on this:

I am developing a system that needs to send people letters.  The
recipient information comes from a live table, which cannot be altered. 
I need to send 4 different types of letter - depending on what letter
the person was sent previuosly.  How can I set up a little VBA system to
work this out.

Hope someone has an idea on this!!
