I use "Microsoft ODE Tool" Set Up Wizard. This is located on the
Morcrosft Office Developer Edition. I purchased mine through Software
Spectrun for about $300. It will create the run time application for you
and will add in any necessary drivers need to use the application. Hope
this is helpful.

Hi Raf,
"Creating a run-time version" of an Access app using the Office
Developer Tools really translates to including the Access Runtime with
your packaged application, be that a .mdb or .mde or .mda etc.
type of Access app. At least I think thats what your after. If you
want to include the Access Runtime and other system files with your
app to ensure users have the components they need to run your app,
whether or not they have Access installed, you do it in
the Office Devloper Packaging Wizard. On about the fifth or sixth
screen, check "Do you want to include the Access Runtime with your
packaged application?"
For the second part of your question, the Office Developer tools have
their own installation CD - they are not on the Office installation CDs
that came with your version of Office Developer Edition. Install
whatever version of Office you are using first. Then install the
developer tools from the Office Developer Tools CD. The installation
should start automatically.
Hope that helps,
Bob
