Hi,
I've got two forms.
One, with subform is used to input different category data for a particular 
period displaying a total at the bottom and the other form is used to 
display just the total for a quick reference for the same period. 
That's the idea.
I cannot make it work. 
Can any one help?

Hi Henry,

Make sure that you have established proper table relations and make the 
Link Child and Link Master Fields point to the proper table related fields.

If you don't mind, you can send just that portion of form with the 
relevant tables to me at mahap@p... and I can help work a little 
on it.
