I am having an intermittent problem where I get the Run-Time error 'This 
Action in Not Available at this time." It is comming up when you try to 
open a form or close a form from the Docmd.OpenForm or Docmd.Close. It 
does not happen all the time but it is happening often. 

Has anyone else experienced anything like this.
