Can you guy's explain me what is Flag and how to use. and why when I open
Microsoft Visual Basic Help and I type
Flag in list on found topic many of them are not working :

- FindFirst,FindLast
- Direction Property
- Delete method (ado Recordset)
- Parameters Collection
