Hi All,

I have a 2 user database holding about 5500 records on a Win2k server.
Nothing fancy and has been very stable.

I also have a front-end mdb containing reports and screens that reside on
two client PC's and are linked to the backend server mdb.   Also, nothing
fancy and has been very stable.

All of a sudden, a user reported getting "#error#" values in two fields in a
data entry screen and the front-end mdb keeps trying to report VB errors of
some sort.    There is no VB module code that I have added to any of the
plain Access screens.

The weird thing is, if I go into the back-end database, everything seems
fine and the fields reporting "#error#" show proper values.    Everything
seems normal.

I suspected a corrupted front-end mdb on the client PC, but the other really
weird thing is, ALL THREE client front-end mdb are acting similarly crazy.

Does anyone have any ideas of where the problem might be coming from??

The error message that pops up in the data entry screen is a pop-up box
saying "Reserved error -1517  -  no message for this error."
