Snap = picture.
Amjad, you need to explain your situation a little better.
**************************************
I have snaps of my club members in a folder named each snap as per member
code for exapmle for a member who's code is 04-02-03-0100921 his snaps is
saved as 04-02-03-0100921.jpg.
**************************************
Are they saved in a folder called 04-02-03-0100921.jpg or is that the name
of the file. In that case, what is the folder called, and what are the
actual images called if there is more than one for each user.
**************************************
All Data of My members is in My Mcard Field I want to get a report that for
which codes Snaps are not available in the folder as i have round about 1400
members here.
**************************************
So you want a report showing the members who DONT have a picture? Well if
you have listed in the database the names and location of the files that DO
exist then you can simply 'subtract' them from the list of all members.
If you don't have any info stored in the database as to who has a picture
and who hasn't then you'll need to use some code such as an API or
FileSystemObject to search through folders on your system, which isn't easy.
Cheers,
Andrew

1. You'll need to find some code which searches through directories.
2.
* Create a query which holds the data for your report.
* Add a field called 'URL' and create it so that it holds the entire path
the image.
* eg. URL:="c:\AllSnaps\" & membercode & ".jpg"
* Create a report and add your required fields from the query as normal
* Add to the report an invisible textbox which holds the URL field. Call it
txtURL
* Add to the report an image control, but remove its 'Picture' path so that
it is blank. Call it ctrImage.
* In the OnPrint event of the DETAIL section add the following code:
If Not IsNull(Me![txtURL]) Then
Me![ctrImage].Picture = Me![txtURL]
End If

Andrew
