access thread: Access Report - Page Break Help!

Message #1 by "Jennifer Barton" <jennifer.barton@j...> on Wed, 12 Mar 2003 15:46:08
I have a simple table containing various customer information and
pricing. One column contains the customer number. Each customer may have
anywhere from one row to fifty rows of data. In my report, I am listing
customer data by row and need to help inserting a page break between
customer numbers.

For example customer 7100 has 30 rows of data and I am listing each row on
the report. The rows create two pages of information. Once the
information for customer 7100 stops, customer 7200 starts on the same
page. Can anyone tell me how to make customer 7200 start on the next
page?

Thanks in advance for any help!

On your report, Customer must be a header (grouping and sorting)
Then on the properties for the header, there is a property called "Force New
Page" - i think this is the one you want.
