This question is a bit off topic but I wanted to know if anyone else was
experiencing this problem, and if so, any thoughts on a resolution.

I am using layers to create a navigation/menu system at the top of the
screen.  On one screen in particular I have a SELECT Tag that is being
populated through an Access Query at the top of the screen.  When I
rollover the Nav Bar to bring up the <DIV> Layer menu, it appears behind
the <SELECT> list. This in only happening in IE6, Netscape 6 works fine
with the menu appearing over the list box.  I have tried to alter the
Z-Index of the layer but this has been to no avail.

I do appreciate any thoughts on this.
