The problem in Server.MapPath()
when used with  java script it is appending some text with file
Print and see whether server.MapPath is returning correct path

My suggestion is to use VBScript 
for ur page
For mine it is working properly when used
with VBScript only.When i am using JavaScript
it is giving errors on that line.
