can some one tell me how to delete files and the record at the same time, 
using asp and access.

also can some one tell me how to automatially send an email when a record 
passes its expiry date to warn them its expired, using asp.

Hi Usman

The best solutions to this is using Windows Scripting Host (WHS)  It is
actually fairly easy to use as long as you have control over your own
server.
