Hello,
This may be a stupid question, but it's really giving me a hard time. Is
it possible to make an Access 2000 database accessable by ASP while it is
opened by access by another user?
Thanks in advance

It depends on what the other user is doing.
Please read Kevin Collins whitepage on Jet Locking, which you can download
from here:

Cheers
