How could I easily make a expiry date on my application.
If it would delete or change a file name would be a good
feature. I'm afriad of if I launch my application for
testing to the clients web server and he changes the 
password, it's there for good and maybe he will not pay 
for it at all...

Something simple, just deleting one file is enough :-)
