hai,
 iam facing problem when iam referring to the conn.inc
from one of the sub folders,
 conn.inc is present in main folder.
 please help me out .

 iam forwarding to you the demo which contains
 ASP file,inc File and Database along with new folder 
with name arabic file which contains the copy of ASP
file which is present in Main folder. 

I tried by these Syntax:

1.<!-- #Include file="../conn.inc"-->
2. <!-- #Include file="foldername/conn.inc"-->

And the common error is

-- Could not find file
'C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\demo\head\arabicfiles\northwind.mdb'






3.<!--#include virtual="/conn.inc"-->

Error is

  --Error Type:
    Active Server Pages, ASP 0126 (0x80004005)
    The include file '/conn.inc' was not found.
     /webtry/head/arabicfiles/ADO1.ASP, line 2
