apache_server thread: Where place to my html or asp documents

Message #1 by "Ganesan Kanavathy" <ganesh15@m...> on Thu, 22 Feb 2001 02:37:42
Hi there,

I am very new to Apache server, all they way I have been using Microsoft

technolgy for my web application, IIS/PWS as a web server.

This time I want to try something new. As for IIS, I just have to publish

from Frontpage to wwwroot folder which is in the c:\Inetpub or copy the

whole html forms to the wwwroot folder.

But I am quiet blur with apache server, how do I publish or copy the html

forms, to which folder.

Another question is do Apache support ASP pages, instead of ChiliASP is

there any option which I can use for Apache server to support ASP pages.

For your information I have install Apache server on Windows 98.

Thats all for now, hope to hear from you guys soon.

Thanx in advance.

Regards,
