I use apache 2.0.43 and tomcat 4.1.12.

My tomcat won't generate the mod_jk.conf in /conf/jk.  The jk directory 
doesn't even exist.  I have followed the directions in the wrox book, 
however, I even downgraded the tomcat to the one they use in the book.

Why is the file not generated.
