Hi
I am planning on writing a software for around 10 users please advise me
which is the cheapest and best Application tool to use ? I will need a
good database and functional items such as user logins etc.

Hi Pretesh,
Go to http://www.mysql.org and download "mysql" data base.
It is a free software.
Go to the next two URL and there are examples identical to what you want
to do.
