Hi,

 I'm a fourth year student in UTM taking Computer Science. I want to 

develop a cryptography library in java consisting of DES,3-DES,and IDEA 

algorithms. The library does not use JCA and JCE as the library will be 

put into a different pakej.

my questions are:

1. what is the most suitable methodology in designing the library in Java 

and why?

2. For anyone who has developed any library, can I have the development 

report so that i can learn from it.
