asp_ado_rds thread: RDS doesn't load data

I am trying out some code for RDS using Access, PWS, in an NT40
Workstation, with a very little result. Does it not work with a
PWS/NTwkstn environment?
Any help would be appreciated. I have been using codes from the Alex
Homer's Professional ASP 3.0 Web Tchniques.

Before you install Remote Data Service on a server computer, your server
computer must meet the following software requirements:
Any of the following operating system platforms: Windows NT 4.0 Server or
Workstation with Service Pack 3 (SP3) or later. Remote Data Service
currently supports the x86/Intel and Alpha platforms.
For production data environments, the NT Server platform is strongly
recommended.
Microsoft(R) Internet Information Server (IIS) 3.0 or 4.0, with Microsoft
(R) Active Server Pages.
Microsoft(R) SQL Server 6.5 with Service Pack 2, or other ODBC 2.0 or
greater (Level 1 compliant) data source.
