asp_ado_rds thread: provider is not capable of performing requested operation.

Hello, could someone help me with this problem. When i work in my personal
web server, everything works good, but when i put everything on the web, the
addNew performs this message:
ADODB.Recordset error '800a0cb3' Object or provider is not capable of
performing requested operation. /au.asp, line 22
