Hi,



I tried to run the the Visual C++ to retrieve a recordset from an Remote 

Data Service (RDS) Server. The program used is SRVRS found at Microsoft 

Web site

The program is giving the following Error:

Exception Code: 800a20ff , Unknown error ox800A2oFF

Source Microsoft ADO/RDS , Description " Internet Server Error" " Access 

is denied , the specified Handler has denied Access".



The database in use is Microsoft Access, and the web server is Personnel 

Webserver,running on Windows NT 4.0. Which version of RDS comes with 

Personnel Web Server?Would like to know RDS will run on MS Access , and 

Personnel Web Server? Also what Password Authentication has to be set in 

on the IIS or Personnel Web server?
