Hi
We have an NT4 server dedicated to SQL Server 7 (with no IIS installed).
Our admin have tried in vain to instal CDONTS on it from the SMTP service.
If we want to run CDONTS from this server ( e.g. via a daily scheduled SQL
Agent job to send data-driven emails), is it possible to install CDONTS on
its own, i.e. without IIS or Exchange Server being installed ? If not, are
there alternative ? Grateful for any help

You may want to run an ASP page to do the daily deed from a server with IIS
installed.
I don't think that CDONTS will function without the IIS package
*correct me if I'm wrong fellow listees! PLEASE! LOL*
