asp_cdo thread: Permission Denied error message (Newbie)

Hello there,
Please excuse my question if it's an old one, but i have been using
EasyMailObjects for the past year or so and have never bothered with
CDONTS.
I couldn't find any messages about setup in IIS Win2000.
Do I have to register a DLL file?

It is installed with IIS, should be there by default in W2000
