I may not really have understand your problem. But it looked like you
had
problem to send mail to several mailadresses. Well it's a good thing to
store them in a database. But it can be good to run each mailadress in
a
function that check the syntax for each mailadress, so that you don't
get
any problem. And when you have done that you only has to loop the send
procedure with new mailadress, for each mailadress that should have the
mail. But, maybee you don't have any problem with this.
