asp_cdo thread: regarding CDONTS

can any body confirm if CDONTS can be used to send mails through asp 3.0. Even
after all the settings, my mails get queued in bad mail folder.
I found that CDONTS only works on NT Server, but i need to send mails in an asp
application hosted on win 2000 server.
Is there some way of doing that?
Note : The webmaster does not allow us to register any dll. So in short we cant
use any third party or self made dll, but they support CDONTS.
