Hi There,
Can you please tell me how to set CDONTS in IIS.do I
have to configure it to receive and send mail.

hai, you go to the administrative tools (in control panel or start /program)
make sure that default SMTP virtual server is start. if not go to action
menu bar then start it.
what os are you using?
