How to Set up SMTP Server for sending email (through ASP)?

I have two domains in my network. I can send the mail (use SMTP server, 

Default setting) use the one with MS exchange installed. Another one 

without MS exchange installed can?t send email.



How can I configure the SMTP server in the domain without MS exchange 

server installed?

Does SMTP server relay any Mail server?



Any helps or suggestions are appreciated.

I think you need to install IIS and set SMTP in it.
