asp_cdo thread: How to detect Exchange version?

I am writing a ASP for Exchange users. And I would like to show a
different welcome page for Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 users. Is there
any way to detect the version of Exchange programatically?
Any comment or advice are highly appreciated, thanks a lot in advance.
