The easiest way is to obtain a copy of header.exe which IIRC is either
on the Exchange 5.5 setup CD or included with the BackOffice Resource
Kit 4.5. Use header.exe to select the fields you want to export and
create a CSV file. Now use Exchange 5.5 admin and specify the CSV file
you created to run a directory export using "Tools"|"Directory Export"
