Hi CDO bods

I use CDONTS on a regular basis in mailing list apps and assorted other 
bits and bats, and my question is this:

When sending out mail is it possible to place just a persons name in 
the 'From' line of the email? It only seems to work when you put a full 
email address in. Now I'm aware that the server needs an email address to 
handle non deliverable mail etc., and have tried, for example:

Joe[joe@k...]

But no cigar.

Is this possible??
