Hai,

I want to upload a file from a form which has other form elements also.
I am having multiple text boxes with the SAME NAME in that uploading form.
In the action page, i can't able to get the full details which I entered 
in the multiple text boxes. If i have text box with unique name, it is 
giving correct value.

I think that you understand my problem. Please help me on this.
